Gateway to Admission provides independent, objective college admissions consulting services personalized to meet the each client’s specific needs and goals. The package plan includes all of the following services: -Curriculum, extracurricular and standardized test planning -Collection and review of educational and personal histories, school records and educational testing results -Analysis of student’s interests, strengths, skills and academic and extracurricular goals -Family conference regarding college goals and preferences -Extensive search of schools and programs and list of potential schools -Discussion of student’s merit aid, scholarship, and financial aid options -Advice on choosing and obtaining letters of recommendation -Development of a checklist list for standardized testing, college visits, application completion and submission -College visit advice and preparation -Review of appropriate timelines and college planning checklists -College essay brainstorming and editing -Application strategy, including evaluation of early decision, early action and regular decision submissions -Critique of completed applications -Consulting for up to 10 schools with option for assistance with additional applications for an additional fee.
